Three days in Sydney: the harbour, The Rocks and a coastal outing
Combine a harbour day, one coastal outing and time to rest. Choose Manly or Bondi for one day instead of rushing between several separated beaches.

Day one: Circular Quay and The Rocks
Begin around Circular Quay and take a manageable walk through The Rocks. Viewing the Opera House exterior differs from an interior tour or performance, which needs its own booking check. Bring water and adapt to heat and sun.
Day two: choose Manly or Bondi
Choose one coastal outing around your accommodation and the weather. Check ferry schedules for Manly or the transport and walking route for Bondi. Swim only where permitted, following lifeguards and warning signs; an attractive poster does not indicate safe swimming conditions.
Day three: the gardens and flexible city time
Plan an easy outing around the Royal Botanic Garden or a remaining central stop, checking current access notices. If leaving the city that day, confirm the terminal or airport and keep a departure buffer instead of scheduling a distant trip before flying.
